What does confidence look like? 🤔

Sometimes it looks like a loud yell. 😡

Sometimes it looks like putting on a ninja headband and stepping onto the mat. 🥷🏻

Sometimes it looks like a child who isn’t worried about what other people think anymore. 🫣

Confidence isn’t something kids are born with. It’s built one challenge at a time. One class at a time. One moment where they choose courage over comfort.

Today, confidence looked like two girls standing tall, yelling loud, and owning the moment.

At Family Legacy Fitness & Martial Arts, we believe confidence grows when kids learn they can do hard things, overcome challenges, and discover they are stronger than they thought.

Because confidence isn’t about being the loudest person in the room.

It’s knowing you can handle whatever life puts in front of you.

Why are boys the problem?

Maybe that’s the wrong question.

Boys don’t become confident by avoiding challenges.

They become confident by facing them.

Every time a child pushes through:

🥊 One more challenge

They build grit.

Grit becomes resilience.

Resilience becomes confidence.

Maybe boys aren’t the problem.

Maybe they just need purpose.
