I forgot to meal prep and had mushrooms that needed to be eaten before they went bad.

I’m very happy with this quick Mushroom Pizza recipe!

- preheat oven to 350
- remove stems from portobello mushrooms
- add pizza sauce, cheese, and desired toppings
- cook for 15 minutes

Snickerdoodle Latte!

Perfect since Starbucks ran out of sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup.

- 1 pump sugar cookie syrup and 1 pump cinnamon dolce syrup in steamed or frothed milk of your choice
- 3 oz of espresso
- Pour the steamed or frothed milk into your espresso and boom! A tasty latte at home. ☺️
