Everyone needs to buckle up. This is going to a long run of losing gun rights and higher taxes. GO VOTE! The 2027 Virginia House of DELEGATES ELECTION will take place on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 2, 2027 to elect members of the 165th Virginia General Assembly. ALL 100 DELEGATES are elected to TWO-YEAR TERMS single-member districts. The House ELECTIONS will be HELD CONCURRENTLY with elections to the VIRGINIA SENATE. Vote Republican midterms, NOVEMBER 3, 2026. Democrats have really shown us how they feel about our gun rights.

The damage from these unconstitutional laws to the fi****ms industry started when they proposed the laws in January. They know they are unconstitutional and will get struck down. The intent is to cause financial damage to these companies.

🚨BREAKING🚨

GOA, GOF & VCDL filed a Petition for Writ of Mandamus to the Virginia Supreme Court.

The lower court’s refusal to reinstate our hearing effectively denies our request for a Temporary Restraining Order or Preliminary Injunction to protect VA gun owners.

We are asking the VA Supreme Court to step in and force the lower court to hear our request for emergency protection.

Enough games.

This case, Crump v. Katz, is being heard today, Friday June 12, 2026.

John Crump, Gun Owners of America, Gun Owners Foundation, Virginia Citizens Defense League, and Virginia Citizens Defense Foundation are suing Virginia over SB749 and SB727, arguing the new “assault weapon” and magazine bans violate Article I, Section 13 of the Virginia Constitution by banning the sale, transfer, manufacture, purchase, and public carry of commonly owned fi****ms and standard-capacity magazines.

New ATF director Robert Cekada is publicly stating that “public safety” cannot be used as a crutch to infringe on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Americans. For the last 20 years in industry meetings, in the interest of “Public Safety,” is the insulting verbiage and excuse ATF has used in industry meetings to introduce new regulations. He has proposed 34 regulatory rollbacks. Vote pro-gun mid-terms and next Presidential election. The Democratic National Party has made it crystal clear that your Second Amendment rights are just words on paper to them. If they don’t respect your right to protect yourself, what rights to respect? Answer: None!
