Not all training content is valuable for the average player. The essence of social media makes these posts seem better or more valuable than they are because of engagement and algorithm. Let me be clear, this person is an INSANE athlete. And often times those players are the last players you should attempt to imitate for at least one reason: natural athleticism. If it doesn't work for the average player, it is not good training, imo.

One caveat to my response - any training you do is generally better than no training, but on the scale of "waste of time" to "will make you elite" training, this is below average.
