Our state of the art facility has over 13,000 sqft of indoor space and an additional 10,000 sq. of outdoor space and is conveniently located right off of Parkway Exit 98 in the heart of the Jersey Shore in Manasquan.

Massive congratulations to Cara & Matt — our 6 Weeks to Summer Challenge Muscle Mass Gain NEW CHALLENGER Winners! 👏🥳

These two showed UP and showed OUT over the past 6 weeks, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything they accomplished. Cara & Matt each take home $500 CASH 💰 AND a Half-Off Membership for 6 months!

✨ Here’s what they achieved:

Cara gained 2.2 lbs of Muscle, decreased her Body Fat Percentage by 2.3%, and lost 2.5 lbs of Body Fat Mass.

Matt gained 6 lbs of Muscle, lost 9 lbs of Body Fat Mass, lost 2 Visceral points, and decreased his Body Fat Percentage by 3.6%.

It has been such an honor for our LAF coaches, Team Nutritionist, and all of our Challenge Sponsors to be part of this journey alongside Cara, Matt, and every single one of our Challengers.

These two showed UP and showed OUT over the past 6 weeks, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything they accomplished. Jessica & Julian each take home $1,000 CASH 💰 AND a FREE Lifetime Membership at LAF — because that kind of dedication deserves to be celebrated BIG!

✨ Here’s what they achieved:

Jessica decreased her Body Fat Percentage by 5.7%, gained .2 lbs of Muscle Mass, lost 14.1 lbs of Body Fat Mass, and lowered her Visceral Fat by 4 points.

Julian decreased his Body Fat Percentage by 6%, lost 19.8 lbs of Body Fat Mass, and lowered his Visceral Fat by 4 points.
