Pendo Karate Since 1993, Pendo Karate's mission is to prepare children, teens, and adults with the skills of self-defense and a lifetime of excellent health.

Pendo Karate Students learn that the practice of Karate and Martial Art functions as a means for personal growth and self-reliance. Pendo students learn how to learn, and they are challenged to apply their knowledge throughout their lives and world. Their practice reveals that Karate is not fighting, and they learn the value of conflict resolution. Pendo is a Martial Art based program of education

dedicated to achieving four primary goals:

Every student will learn safe and ethical Martial Art for effective self defense as well as personal growth and development;
Every student will learn to use Martial Art for greater success and achievement in school and other endeavors;
Every student will grow in character;
Every student will establish behaviors which lead to a lifetime of excellent health.
