Like many of you, I don't consider myself a morning person yet I have never, ever regretted coming out at 7:30 a.m. for Pilates on the beach. Even when it's not sunny it's lovely and we do it if it's not raining. We do standing work at the water's edge. After class today we took a quick swim because the water was so clear and inviting.

Yesterday: FANTASTIC Beach Pilates day! Because we had a great workout, sure, but especially because a whale, a pod of dolphins (two pods?!) and a fishing bird swung by to visit. Spectacular!😃 Too bad I couldn't capture all that on camera. But the whale's there, I swear.
