✌️.. statistically in matches where points are scored the person who scores a takedown wins the match. We take a calculated approach to wrestling and stand up exchanges, electing only to pull guard if we feel it is strategically viable... It usually isn't 😜. Any fight or match starts on the feet, and you should feel confident there.
We train various techniques tailored to the skills and style of the athlete. Check out our NEW stand up specific classes on Wednesday nights, with focused competition training coming soon. 💪😼

It is always awesome to see the results from the hard work our students do in the gym daily. Today we are proud of our boy for getting out there and testing himself in his first ever competition after just a few months of training. Mike fought hard and absolutely dominated for almost the entirety of his matches, and ended up taking home silver🥈
Mike is an absolute treasure to have in the gym and we are proud of his outstanding progress. Can't wait to get back in the lab to refine our approach for the next one. Watch out for this kid.
