Our program is a dynamic, evolving system of martial arts training for modern times. Starting with a base of Taekwondo, our system includes Boxing, Western Kickboxing and Muay Thai, Jiu-jitsu and Grappling, Arnis Stick and Knife fighting, Weapons training, MMA ground fighting techniques, and practical Situational Self-Defense. Our classes are built around dynamic energy to keep things Fun, Excitin

g, Empowering, and Educational regardless of whether the students are 4 or 74 years old! We promise to make sure that every class has you Sweating, Smiling, and Learning! Even more important than our on-the-mat training, is our philosophy and life skills training.
