The Tommy Shine Foundation The Tommy Shine Foundation was established on June 8, 2015 by friends and family of Thomas “Tommy” Shine.

As a proud citizen of the Jersey City/Bayonne community, “The Shiner” surrounded himself with sports, whether it was his career with the New Jersey Devils, his younger playing days or his personal enthusiasm as a fan of all. Born and raised in Jersey City and then residing in Bayonne for 20 years, Tommy was someone everyone wanted to be around, his smile ever-present and his jolly spirit contagious
