The Stafford Majors All Stars continued their strong district tournament run with an 8-2 victory over Somers Point on Monday night.
It was a complete team effort, with strong pitching, timely hitting, aggressive baserunning, and solid defense throughout the game. The team collected nine hits and played with confidence from the first pitch to the final out.
Key contributions came from Alyssa R, who delivered a dominant performance in the circle with nine strikeouts, Ava B, who led the offense with two hits, Mia R, who drove in the game’s first run, and Kayla W, who paced the team with two RBIs. Their efforts, combined with contributions from every player on the roster, helped power Stafford to another district win.
The girls continue to show the teamwork, determination, and resilience that have defined their season.
