Took on water almost to the top of the hull. Motor needs replacement compression is very low. Found evidence of water in the air box and intake manifold boot. No water in cylinders when we inspected it . Oil looked clear. But can't get actual reading due to dry sump oil system

Impeller housing locked up. Usually from salt water use. Pulled jet pump. Removed Impeller.
Install new impeller housing with new impeller shaft and all bearings and seals. Impeller was still good. Reinstalled jet pump. All good
