Hey all! Quick update from your DJs crew:
First off, we want to thank everyone for being patient with us as we work hard to get the trails ready to open. This storm was bigger than anyone anticipated and it’s taking some time to get everything dug out and the trails groomed/checked.
Now, it’s also important to know that we all live in June lake. Where we haven’t had power since 12/24.😭 And there is currently no estimate for when it will be fully re-stored. 😑
That said, in addition to our snowmobile business, we also run a hotel in june lake. It’s for this reason we are unable to just up go someplace that HAS power. 😞
Now….the good news!! We are *planning* to run tours tomorrow. Please note the only tours running will be the guided back country tours. There will be NO self-guided tours, and NO snowpark tomorrow, Monday 12/29. If you have booked either of these, it has been/will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded.
We know that some of you have been getting conflicting texts on whether your tour is actually happening as well as not yet seeing refunds. We apologize for this and we are working on it. Due to the power outage, we can’t very easily charge our devices. And we have to hotspot our phones for internet. Because of this, things may be delayed. We apologize and assure you that if WE have to cancel your booking, you WILL be fully refunded.
Our phone has been blowing up and we are doing our very best to get back to each of you. We are though, just a 4 person team with only myself and my husband doing the phones/website/bookings. And we haven’t been able to consistently charge our phone so that too as added to the delay in response time.
We ask that you please be patient with us as we work through this very trying time with no power and limited internet. We are doing our best. ❤️
