Please be advised that the plastic LEGOs you call a Modular Sports Court surface are the worst possible solution to the many problems already at the Community Courts. Witness: Crowley Lake plastic courts by the Crowley Library; plastic courts at Gull Lake Park near the Community Center in June Lake; the plastic courts near the Courthouse in Bridgeport. These “solutions” to those long-defunct courts were sold to Mono County by a swindler in the 1970s. Do not fall prey to the same mistake. Please refer to: http://www.tennisindustrymag.com/

Summer must have finally arrived... Courts 1 and 2 at the Community Tennis Courts are now OPEN! 🎾 We still have a little work to do on Courts 3 and 4, but hope to have the nets up next week. In other exciting news, Courts 5 and 6 will undergo a full rehabilitation this summer. Following repair and leveling work, a modular Sports Court surface will be installed over the existing asphalt playing surface. Stay tuned for more updates!
