Short answer YES! Deadlifts are a great, full-body exercise that not only hits a variety of muscles but also improves your other lifts. Whether you're an athlete, looking to lose weight, or just looking to get stronger deadlifts are a great lift to add to your workouts.

Our first weight loss tip, this one is about cutting out sugary sodas and replacing it with water.

The calories and sugar in sodas are not good for you, and getting them out of your diet can be a big step towards your fitness goals. This also applies to certain fruit juices that are packed with sugar and not much nutritional value. Always read the labels so you know what you're drinking!

The best replacement for all of this is good old fashion water. It's always important to stay hydrated, so the next time you look for soda try a glass of water instead.
