I know that sounds like something a supplement company would say.

Most guys who come to me have already tried dieting. Keto. Calorie counting. Intermittent fasting. Some version of restriction.
And most of them lost weight. For a while.
Then life happened. A work trip. A family dinner. A weekend that got away from them. And the weight came back.
Here’s what I’ve learned coaching men for 15 years.
Restriction doesn’t work long term because it requires you to be a different person than you actually are.
What works is awareness. Understanding what your body actually responds to. Building a structure around your real life, not some ideal version of it where you have unlimited time and zero stress.
Justin lost 21 lbs in 16 weeks. He went to dinners, parties, had drinks, and took vacations during the program. His words, not mine.
Tom lost 18 lbs of pure fat. Police analyst, dad of two, desk job all day. He didn’t diet. He learned.
That’s the difference.
