We are delighted to announce that Main Line FC has joined the United Premier Soccer League as the newest club in the UPSL Northeast Region, playing in the American Conference South! Our UPSL Women’s squad will begin play in the Spring/Summer Season in 2025, with the Men’s team competing in the Fall/Winter 2025-26 fixtures. And in keeping with our club’s core values of fitness, sportsmanship, and education we will aim to open Main Line Football Academy in 2027 for boys and girls ages 9-17! We invite all of our friends in the area, the region, and worldwide to join us in this exciting adventure as we journey toward our inaugural season in the UPSL: the only American league that features Mens, Womens, and Academy divisions within a Promotion and Relegation structure in its Premier, League 1, and League 2 organization. 💙⚽️🩵

As many of you know, I have held minority shares in several sports enterprises for awhile; Manchester United, Madison Square Garden (the New York Knicks and New York Rangers), the Green Bay Packers, and last year I added Orange County Soccer Club. I am also a shareholder in F2osports, which is a group seeking to purchase a LaLiga club in Spain. I have enjoyed the thrill of small stake shares in these organizations, even when those come into conflict with my historical fandom for other clubs/teams!

But much like steering productions in different regions and economic zones with the various shingles which make up the subsidiaries of Invictus Entertainment Group, I have wanted to be Majority Owner and Chairman of a club. I dabbled in the niche of 19th Century Historical Baseball teams by founding the Schuylkill Valley Shamrocks last year, but found that with my schedule and prerogatives the elongated season and various quirks of “Old Timey Ball” was not tenable.

But having launched into the week so beautifully with the kickoff of Rose City Productions and firming up the business plans for several other projects, I followed up on a query and after several conversations with two separate leagues, I have launched the foundation activities for a new enterprise, one which I will be Chairman and Club Owner: Main Line FC!

Main Line Football Club will be a northeast US regional mid tier soccer team based in Philadelphia’s western suburbs, and aiming for 2025 as its inaugural season. I am forming a group of co-owners with sports backgrounds from the area’s business community, and am looking forward to building with them, along with regionally specific sponsors. MLFC will field a men’s team, and depending on which of the two leagues we join in the future will launch a women’s team and/or an academy squad. It is an exciting new venture!
