Had a blast with the bc there was nothing to do for an hour very peaceful! Put pressure on myself. How can you put positive pressure on you?
Signing up at was pressure in a way as another finacial expense but I invest in my health as that is wealth and it’s a want but a choice to have a new experience. Now if I had to choose that or food well food bc that is a need so I invite you to…
1. Identify what’s important through prioritization of needs v.s. wants & make concious decisions.
2. Apply pressure to improve if that works for your personality. With the purpose being to force yourself out of your comfort zone. Find ways to throw your hat over the fence in order for you to have a deeper commitment for something. I’ve done this with seminars, businesses, mentors and vacations by buying a one way flight ✈️ and figuring it out as I go and literally winging it but that pressure created growth, lessons and strength to work it out.
