🔥SEAMRIPPERS ARE LOOKING FOR 3! 🔥

At SeamRippers, we put the WE before the ME. Every player matters. Every player has a role. And every player is willing to play wherever the TEAM needs her most.

We aren’t building a team around individual positions or individual stats. We’re building a TEAM — girls who trust each other, pick each other up, celebrate each other, and do whatever it takes to win TOGETHER.

🥎 Our 2027 Spring Plan:
• One tournament every month — March through June
• Focus on development, fundamentals, and competing at a high level
• Build chemistry, confidence, and softball IQ
• Then we take a well-earned break…
• And come back ready to prepare for 12U Fall Ball! 💪

We’re not just preparing for the next game.
We’re building something.

💜💛 A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO OUR PICKUP PLAYERS!💛💜

This weekend was HOT, we were down girls for Labor Day vacations, and then we had a girls go down last minute with that nasty tummy bug. That left us with only **9 girls** for our first 2 games! 😳🥵

So let’s talk about the girls who stepped in and absolutely ROCKED OUR SOCKS OFF!*👏🏼🔥

⭐ **Addy** — She spent the *whole day* with us and jumped right in like she had been a SeamRipper forever! She brought the energy, the hustle, and that same competitive spirit our girls have. And guess what… we may get to see a little more of her in the spring! 👀💜💛

⭐ **Brooklyn** — Our former teammate came back with that big smile and her **aggressive little self** ready to work! 😆🔥 She held down shortstop and gave our girls the relief they needed. It was so good to have her back on the field with us!

⭐ **Addalyn** — She showed up not knowing a single person, jumped right in, gave our pitchers some much-needed relief, and played an **AWESOME first base!** Talk about stepping outside your comfort zone and getting after it! 👏🏼

And let me say this because it matters to us…

**We don't just pick up anybody.** Our coaches are very intentional about who steps onto the field with our girls. We choose girls from families we know and trust, and girls who we know will bring the **same heart, hustle, attitude, and fighting spirit** that we expect from our SeamRippers.

Coach doesn't just hand out a jersey—**she knows who she's putting beside our girls.** 💯

To Addy, Brooklyn, and Addalyn: **THANK YOU!** You didn't just fill a spot on the field. You showed up, worked hard, encouraged our girls, and became part of the team for the day.

That's what being a SeamRipper is all about. 💜💛

🥎 5th Place out of 10 teams in their FIRST tournament! 💜💛

These ladies showed up and competed! We played some tough teams that put the ball in play and exposed some of our weaknesses—exactly what fall ball is supposed to do.
We also got to see some really good pitching, and that gave our bats the opportunity to come alive! 🔥
We walked away knowing exactly where we need to put in the work, what we need to clean up, and what we need to KEEP doing as we prepare for spring.

And apparently, other teams are starting to notice too… 👀
I overheard an opposing coach tell his player:
“This isn’t a team we can mess around with, so be smart running those bases.”
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
EXCUSE ME?! THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT.

We might not be finished products yet, but we are becoming a team that people CAN’T afford to overlook.

These SeamRippers are learning.
These SeamRippers are fighting.
These SeamRippers are getting better.
And come spring… you better be ready for us. 💜💛🥎

🥎💜 GAME 2 = ANOTHER W! 💛🥎

The Seam Rippers came out swinging again and pulled off an 8-6 WIN over Central AR Outlaws! 🔥👏

What a GOOD game! Lots of great defensive plays, big moments, and these girls fought for every single out! 💪🥎
I am seriously SO proud of every one of these athletes for battling through this 110°+ weather 🥵😂 and continuing to hustle, encourage each other, and play their hearts out! That’s what being a TEAM is all about! 💜💛

The Seam Rippers came to PLAY today! 🔥

I couldn’t be more proud of these girls! They played their hearts out, had each other’s backs, and cheered each other on from the first pitch to the last. THAT is what being a team is all about! 💜💛

We had an AWESOME home run 💣, some GOOD plays in the field, and some absolutely AMAZING pitching! 🔥🥎 These girls showed up ready to compete, and they made it happen!

But guess what… WE’RE NOT DONE YET! 😏

🥎💜💛 SEAM RIPPERS PLAYER SPOTLIGHT! 💛💜🥎
Alright y’all, it’s time to put the spotlight on Kennedy #15!

😍 This girl is holding down the catcher position and apparently her reasoning for loving it is simply… “It’s fun.”
😂 Well, we can’t argue with that! Catching pitches, blocking balls, bossing everybody around… sounds like a pretty good time to me and is killing it! 😏🥎

Kennedy’s priorities are clearly in order because if she had to eat ONE meal for an entire week, she picked TACOS 🌮👏🏼. And if somebody handed her $500 for a shopping spree? You already know she’s headed straight to Sephora! 💄💅🏼 No hesitation. 😂

If Kennedy could trade places with someone for a day, she picked LeslieAnn 👯‍♀️… which honestly raises MANY questions. 😂 What kind of chaos would these two create if they switched lives for 24 hours?! Lord help us! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

Her softball superpower is SUPER SPEED 💨⚡️, and we believe it! But when asked why she loves being a Seam Ripper, her answer might be our favorite: “Because I was on the Seam Rippers before!” 💜💛 That’s right, she’s been a Seam Ripper and apparently plans on keeping that title! 😎🥎

And finally, Kennedy summed up her personality with 😍😝✌🏼… which feels pretty dang accurate! 😂❤️

We are so happy to have this girl out there with us! Keep bringing the speed, the attitude, the laughs, and that catcher energy, Kennedy! 🥎🔥

**One Win. One Loss.
A LOT of Growth.** 💜💛

The SeamRippers went **1–1 this week**, picking up a **10–2 win over the Diamond Dolls** and falling just short in a **10–8 loss to the Hurricanes**.

We made some **big, critical outs** when we needed them, but we also made some mistakes that cost us. And you know what? That’s softball. Every mistake is an opportunity to learn, and every tough inning gives us something to work on.

Fall ball brings its own challenges, especially with the **drop-dead time**. When the clock runs out before we get the opportunity to finish our at-bat, sometimes the game is essentially decided before we ever get that final chance to fight back. It’s tough, but it’s also teaching our girls to make the most of every inning and every opportunity.

The good news? We won’t have to worry about that in the spring! 😉 So for now, we’re going to keep learning, keep improving, and keep fighting until the very last pitch.

We’re proud of these girls and the progress they’re making! ❤️

💜💛 At SeamRippers, sportsmanship is priority💛💜

We make sure our girls look the other team in the eye and tell them, “Good game”, we invite the other team to pray with us after the game *(unless their coaches make it clear they do not want to participate).* 🙏.
You can even find our coaches encouraging girls from the other team, giving them tips and helping them learn how to be successful. We make an effort to follow other teams in our area and leave positive comments on their social media posts.
And you’ll even hear our girls telling their competitors, **“Good luck!”** before a game 🥎

Because to us, this is about so much more than winning softball games.

**We aren’t just building a team. We’re building a culture.** 💜 From our team to our parents!!

We’re helping raise tiny humans who understand that you can compete hard, play to win, and still respect the people standing on the other side of the field.

We want our girls to learn that **character matters. Kindness matters. Sportsmanship matters.**

The scoreboard may tell you who won the game, but **how you treat people tells you who you are.**

And THAT is the kind of team we want to be. 💜💛

🥎💜SEAM RIPPERS ARE COMING TOGETHER! 💜🥎

There’s something special about watching this team grow not just as softball players, but as a TEAM!

They’re learning to pick each other up, cheer each other on, and have each other’s backs. They’re learning that mistakes are part of the game and instead of letting them get them down, they’re learning from them, making adjustments, and coming back stronger!

The encouragement, the laughs, the hustle, and those “WE GOT YOU!” moments are what make this team so much fun to watch.

And Tuesday, they’re back on the field! 🥎🔥
