Please make sure kids have all equipment and get plenty of rest. Also try and make sure they have a light breakfast. If any parents can bring cooler with sliced fruit it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Due to the fact that we basically had 3 practices Saturday there will be no practice this week. Practice will resume next Tuesday. Enjoy the time off and keep the athletes hydrated. Thanks!
