We just wrapped up our walkthrough at Coatesville Country Club, and everything is coming together!

Our biggest fundraiser of the year is almost here.

There are only a few golfer spots remaining before we’re sold out, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, now’s the time.

The planning was done.
The wine was bottled.

An update on the future of Sensory FIT. 🩷

The last few weeks have been some of the hardest of my life.

I’ve had to grieve a space we poured our hearts into, process the possibility of losing our home in Malvern, and make decisions no small business owner ever wants to make—all while watching the damage unfold, canceling programs and parties, issuing refunds, and wondering what comes next.

After weighing every possible option, I’ve made the decision to keep Sensory FIT in our current Malvern location.

Relocating simply isn’t realistic. Affordable spaces that meet our needs are incredibly difficult to find, and ADA accessibility is non-negotiable for the families we serve. Closing our doors wasn’t an option I was willing to accept if there was another path forward.

So we’re staying.

Now begins the rebuilding process. We still don’t have a reopening date, but every day we’re working alongside our landlord and management team to get Sensory FIT safely back up and running.

To every single person who has called, texted, donated, shared our story, attended a fundraiser, or simply checked in on us… thank you. Your support has carried us through the darkest days and reminded me why this mission matters so much.

A special thank you to and Lauren () & Mike at for organizing fundraisers that have already raised over $1,300 to help us rebuild. We are so grateful.

We still have a long road ahead, and we still need your help.

⛳ Our annual golf outing is July 24, and we’re still looking for golfers, sponsors, raffle basket donations, and dinner guests. Every registration makes a difference.

❤️ Sensory FIT Update ❤️

First, thank you.

Thank you for the texts, calls, messages, donations, shares, prayers, and support. We see it all, and it means more than you know.

At this time, we still don’t have many answers. We are actively working with our landlord, property management team, remediation company, and other professionals to determine the best path forward. Everyone involved has been supportive and working hard behind the scenes, but unfortunately this is a complex situation that requires time, patience, and many important decisions.

While we continue navigating this, our community has stepped up in incredible ways.

📸 Kerrie Kentzel Photography is hosting a Pay What You Can Photo Session on July 4th, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Sensory FIT. I’ll share the details in my stories. Last I heard, there were still a few spots available—including pet sessions!

⛳ Our Sensory FIT Foundation & Billy’s Legacy Foundation Golf Outing is still happening on July 24th at Coatesville Country Club. We are still looking for golfers, sponsors, and dinner guests. It’s always a fun, family-friendly event and an important fundraiser for the families we serve.

Right now, the biggest thing you can do is continue to:

This has been overwhelming emotionally, financially, and operationally, but we’re taking it one day at a time.

💔 I never thought I’d be making this video again.

This morning we experienced another major water event that has once again forced us to close our doors.

As mentioned in the video, we do not yet know the full extent of the damage or how long we will be closed. We are actively working with property management, remediation crews, and insurance while assessing next steps.

This week, our Teen and Adult Programs got a little messy during Slime Week—but behind the slime was so much more: laughter, conversation, confidence, creativity, and friendships being built.

At Sensory FIT, we’re creating a place where everyone feels welcome, included, and connected.
