👋 Have You Met... Barbara Mazurak?

Looking for information about Camp Malta, summer recreation, youth programs, or one of the many activities offered for children and families throughout the year? Barbara Mazurak is a great place to start.

Barbara has been part of the Town of Malta team for an incredible 32 years, serving as the Town's Youth Director throughout her entire tenure. She began the role part-time while also teaching, providing summer camp programs for local children. After retiring from teaching, Barbara took on additional responsibilities and helped expand youth programming to include activities throughout the year.

Today, Barbara oversees Malta's summer camps, monthly preschool programs, special programs throughout the year, and Malta Community Day. Her favorite part of the job is simple: providing programs and opportunities for the children and families in our community. For generations of Malta families, Barbara has been a familiar and trusted face—someone who has helped make summer camps, community events, and youth programs special for countless children.
