Good luck to .warrior and Brody today as they compete in the Premier Series Championship Qualifier at Ferox Ninja Park in Brooklyn, NY.

The Premier Series is an invite only competition that features the top 25% of each division in the World Ninja League.

Interested in your ninja becoming a member of our competitive team this coming season? We are having an open tryout for any ninjas ages 7-13 this Thursday from 6-7:15pm.

Tryouts will be free to current team members and $20 for new participants. Please pre-register so our coaches have a better idea of how many athletes to expect.

The tryout will consist of fitness tests and obstacle course work. Depending on how your ninja does, they will be invited to join the competitive team or participate in our Rec Squad program. This try-out is for both the Saratoga and Albany locations. Our team is combined between the two gyms.

A few more facts about our team:
-We practice 2x a week (Monday at Albany and Thursday at Saratoga)
- We are highly competitive and do travel
- Our season is 10 months, but we train year around
- We have some of the best youth athletes in the sport, including the current teen female World Champion, Adelena Messier.

We have some big changes coming your way! The building which has hosted Saratoga Ninja Lab for the past 6 years is being sold this fall. To better serve you and enhance your Ninja journey, we're temporarily consolidating our efforts and closing Saratoga Ninja Lab on September 30th. Don't worry though, because all the amazing obstacles, programs, and coaches are moving to our Albany Ninja Lab location, where we're creating one spectacular gym experience!

🏋️‍♀️ More space, new obstacles, more classes, and more community – all under one roof! Get ready for a gym that's bigger, better, and ready to help you crush your Ninja goals. Stay tuned for updates on our grand reopening in Albany and how you can join us on this incredible adventure.

While we are on the hunt for another commercial space, let's make this final 2 months at Saratoga Ninja Lab a BLAST and go out with a BANG! Get your last Summer Camps in, create special memories with your final Birthday Parties, and let the kids burn off their energy a few more times at Saratoga Ninja Lab.

You’re invited to our first ever afternoon Nerf battle this Friday from 1-3pm at the Saratoga Ninja Lab. We supply the ammo, you just bring your favorite Nerf guns. Ages 7-15 and the cost is $27.
