I’m putting myself out of business here. 🤣

But the truth is, you don’t need someone to count your reps.
You need someone to hold you accountable.

And most people don’t even need that… they just need to actually do the work.

No machines.

Just movements that actually build strength you can use.

Bulgarian split squats will humble you—and build you.
Step-ups will carry over directly to real life.
Squats will make you strong, period.

Simple works.
