Rolling and stretching is one of the most important things you can do for your mobility to help you move better.

At GET, we don’t skip it. We start every session with a coach-led mobility block so your body is actually prepared to train.

New cycle, new movement.

Single leg balance + bottoms up kettlebell external rotation.

At GET, we are always looking for efficiency in our training. Not just doing exercises for the sake of doing them… but choosing movements that give us more.

This one checks a lot of boxes:
• Shoulder stability and control
• Hip and leg stability
• Balance and coordination

Spring is starting to feel like it’s around the corner. 🌱

It’s a great time for fall and winter athletes to get in the gym and prepare the right way.

Our Spring Sports Performance Groups follow a 3-phase training cycle designed to safely progress each athlete as they get ready for their season. We offer a two or three days a week program.

The goal is simple — help athletes get stronger, move better, and reduce injury risk while training in a positive environment that encourages effort and consistency.

It’s not random workouts. It’s structured training that helps athletes improve and feel confident heading into their season.
