A new face is joining the BE YOGA space!
I’m so, so, so happy to officially welcome Kari Lauzon, Physical Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher 200 to BE YOGA as a substitute teacher and workshop facilitator.
As BE YOGA continues to grow and evolve, it’s important to me that when I’m traveling or away, this space can continue to offer classes with teachers I know and trust. Kari brings such a beautiful combination of knowledge, compassion, experience, and genuine care for the people she teaches.
Kari is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a physical therapist with more than 25 years of experience. Her teaching is accessible, thoughtful, and centered around meeting each person exactly where they are. She also brings specialized knowledge of the pelvic floor, back, hips, posture, and functional movement—which I’m excited to see her bring into future classes and workshops at BE YOGA.
And you won’t have to wait long to practice with her!
Kari will be holding space for me THIS WEEKEND while I’m away.
If you normally practice with me, come roll out your mat and experience a different teacher, voice, and perspective. Our yoga practice isn’t about becoming accustomed to one teacher—it’s about continuing to explore our relationship with ourselves.

Please help me give Kari a big, warm welcome to the BE YOGA space. I’m really happy to have her here.
Be you. Be all of you.
