How to do: Standing Big Toe Hold (Side Variation), or β€œUtthita Hasta Padangusthasana”(Side Variation)

1️⃣ Balance on 1 leg, hold your lifted foot with both hands

2️⃣ Extend your leg out in front of you while still holding on with both hands

3️⃣ Hook your big toe with your fingers (same hand, same foot), and begin to lift up and out to the side

4️⃣ Hold your leg up and out, find your balance and your focus, breathe steadily

5️⃣ Exit: come back out the same way you got in by reversing the steps you took to get in
