Woolsey Fire Anniversary Workout!

Having class this Sat morning, 9-10:30 AM! Build muscle and bone, Stand tall, Yoga Stretch and Breathing exercise to truly let go and help heal the central nervous system! Afterward, we can walk down Zuma beach and join the community celebration from 11-1 PM. Kids welcome!
