Glas Personal Fitness Fitness training in your home or at my private gym. I include a nutritional training as well and am extremely flexible to your schedule.

I have a full private gym in my home but can also come to you with all of my equipment to give you a complete workout. I have worked as a firefighter for the past 6 years, but prior to that, I was a private trainer for 15 years in Santa Monica/Malibu.
