High achievers can be really good at extending grace to everyone except themselves.

I know because I've done it.. many times.

I built so much of my life around performing. Achieving. Being the best. Getting it right. So when I've made a mistake or something hasn't gone the way I believed it should, I haven't always just learned from it and moved forward.

I've replayed it.
Analyzed it.
Beat myself up over it... and sometimes for weeks.

Anyone else? 😅

I have learned that there's a point where reflection stops being productive and becomes punishment. God never asked me to keep paying for something He already redeemed. That's been a hard lesson for me.

There are so many incredibly successful, high-achieving women walking around looking polished on the outside while internally reliving old mistakes, failures, trauma and versions of themselves God has already called them out of.

Yes, look inward. Take responsibility. Apologize when necessary. Learn. Grow. Get counsel. Heal what needs healing.

But then let God redeem it and move forward!!

You do not become more holy by continually condemning yourself. Your mistakes can become wisdom without becoming your identity.

You can't be grateful and complain at the same time.

Listen... I catch myself complaining too. 😂

Things don't go according to plan. People irritate me. Business gets hard. Military life changes the plan AGAIN. Something happens and suddenly I'm five minutes into a conversation about everything that's wrong.

I've learned to catch it much faster, because the version of me who lives in gratitude is a better steward of everything God has given me.

I'm more present.
I'm more productive.
I'm happier.

My husband gets a better version of me.
My clients get a better version of me.
My team gets a better version of me.

Look.. I don't need a brain scan to know when my heart is getting off track. 😂

When I catch myself sitting in complaint, I don't need somebody else to come rescue me from my attitude.

I stop.
I pray.
“Holy Spirit, forgive me. Have my heart.”
And then I move forward.

That's it.

You don't have to stay in a bad attitude for three days because you woke up in one. Be strong enough that you can interrupt yourself.

Gratitude isn't pretending everything is good. It's refusing to let what's difficult blind you to what is still good.

In a culture where complaining has become incredibly normal, gratitude may be one of the most countercultural things we can practice.

That's exactly what we unpack in the full podcast: What If Gratitude Became Counter Culture? Watch the full conversation: https://youtu.be/z8IEQUjVuVk

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.

2026 has tested that belief for me in ways I couldn't have predicted.

My husband decided to join the military right as my business was entering one of its most flourishing seasons. I invested $30,000 into a room that stretched me. God opened doors I had prayed for while simultaneously asking me to surrender plans I thought I had figured out.

Here is something I've learned something: hard doesn't mean bad. Your hard is your testing ground.

We ask God to increase our capacity, expand our influence, grow the business, strengthen our leadership... and then we're surprised when He gives us something that requires us to actually become the person who can carry it.

How would you know what you're capable of carrying if you've never been asked to carry something heavy?

How would you know your faith is strong if it's never required trust?

How would you know you're ready for the next level if nothing has tested the level you're on?

I don't believe every hard thing comes from God. But I do believe God can use hard things.

So I've stopped immediately asking, “How do I get out of this?”

I'm learning to ask, “Lord, what are You trying to show me here?”

Hard doesn't automatically mean you're going the wrong direction. Sometimes it's where the formation happens.

One of the biggest lessons in becoming a 🤍

Release.
Obedience.
Be ready to move when you’re led to.

I have had doses of these lessons as a business owner, but it it 100x’d when we joined the military.

Isn’t that like the Lord though?
He will bring you into something to bring out of you what wasn’t meant to be.

Thank you, Jesus 🙏🏼

For all my military wives, I see you. You got this 🤍

I started saying this in the beginning of the year as a way for me to build deeper faith with the Lord.

Full transparency - I had to work on my belief that He will absolutely blow my mind. He says it in His word and that is the standard. That is my standard.

I would love to sit here and tell you that I already had the faith , but he had to work on me in a few areas. That’s the beauty about the relationship that you get to have with Jesus. He doesn’t expect you to have it all figured out, but He does want your willingness to go deeper with Him so He can give you full freedom.

And let me tell you… The Lord has blown my mind this year!

I’ve seen Him heal me in more ways than I can count. I’ve seen Him heal relationships that desperately needed it. I’ve seen Him expose things that were holding me back to get rid of to bring forth the things that were always there to help me expand what He has putting in my hands. And so much more!

Trust me, when you say “blow my mind, Lord” – He will!

One of my scriptures this year is Matthew 9:29 – “according to your faith so it will be.” I don’t know about you, but I want the Lord to blow my mind at a big faith level, not a little faith level.

Who’s with me?!

After months of waiting, praying, surrendering, and having absolutely NO idea where the Army was going to send us next…

WE KNOW WHERE WE’RE MOVING! 🇺🇸

The miracles and answered prayers on this move are already surreal 🥹

I’m sharing where we’re headed, the miracles already unfolding, and some of the biggest lessons this season has taught me about releasing control and trusting God when you can’t see what’s ahead.

🎙️ Episode 35 launches this Wednesday at 5:30am pst / 8:30am est!

Where do you think we’re going?! 👀👇🏼

I used to look at what everyone else was doing and think, “Okay… that’s working. Maybe I should do that too.”

So I’d study their content. Their messaging. Their offers. I’d take pieces of what was working and try to make it fit my business.

Some of it worked. But it never really felt like me. At the same time, I was afraid to share too much of myself.

What if people judged me?
What if my story turned someone away?
What if being fully honest about what I’d lived, learned and believed actually cost me opportunities?

Turns out, keeping the walls up was costing me more.
Because when I finally stopped trying to sound like everyone else and started letting people see the experiences that shaped the way I lead, teach and serve, something changed. Real relationships got easier. Closing clients got easier. Partnerships I had dreamed about started opening up.

Not because I suddenly became better at marketing. Because people could finally see me in the marketing.

Tthat’s what I want more founders to understand: You don’t need more content. You need better stories.

Your expertise tells people you’re qualified. Your stories show them why they should trust you, why you’re different and why what you do matters.

That’s why I built the Seven Story System™. Not to teach you how to overshare your life online, but to help you identify the lived, learned and leadership experiences that belong inside your business strategy and turn them into assets that build trust, shift beliefs and move people toward a decision.

I’ve learned that sharing the right parts of your lived, learned and leadership experience doesn’t push the right people away. It makes it easier for the people who were meant to find you to recognize you.

So if you’re great at what you do but your message still sounds like everyone else’s… That’s a story problem.

DM me STORY and I’ll show you where to start.

Not every room can hold a woman with weight of her calling.

"To whom much is given, much is required." - Luke 12:48

Yes, revenue matters.
Yes, positioning matters.
But so does the woman who is carrying it all.

This is stewardship at the CEO level.

It's deeper than the revenue increase and delegating tasks.
It's about the formation of who you need to become to go to the next level.

"Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much." - Luke 16:10

Are you being honest with what you need?
Are you stewarding what you have now or just asking for more?

These are the weighty conversations we dig deeper into inside the Inner Circle.

"My language has tightened up and become more intentional. In addition, my purpose to become a better steward has changed." - Erica. L

- Recently Erica is one of the top LV realtors and has seen a significant increase in her business and was the featured realtor on a national television show.

"Before the Inner Circle, I was losing my faith and trust in my ability to make an impact. Now I have received the support and tools to bring organization and structure which has increased my confidence to build back bigger." - Beth M.

- Beth process over $10M in deals in 2025 through real estate lending helping women expand their investment portfolio.

Most women do not need more information. What they need a room that strengthens the carrier.

DM INNER CIRCLE if this is the room you have been looking for

A testimonial can praise you.
A Client Story can prove you.

I see too many transformations go unnoticed because of a fear of “making it about them” or a lack of asking. Both are costing you.

This is a major revenue leak for most business owners.

People do not just need kind words about your work. They need context that helps them believe it matters for them too. This is what builds the buyer’s belief that you can get them to them next phase.

Sharing client wins isn’t about boasting, it’s how trust moves faster.

Faster trust built = Faster revenue earned + more results created.

This is why I built the Seven Story System.
Create stories that stick and builds what matters, faster.

DM STORY if you want more info about the system 🤍
