People think owning a gym means total freedom and instant six figures.

Reality: It’s early mornings, long hours, and paying yourself less than minimum wage.

Little over a year in — almost 100 members. We’re finally getting there.

The thing that keeps us going? The people. Two moms who’d never spoken, who find out they live right next to each other. Clients who become friends. A community that didn’t exist before.

Big businesses don’t know your name. We want success for everyone who walks through our doors.

That’s why we keep chipping away.
