Anyone wanting to sign up for a membership, we are waiting for our new batch of keys to come in. As of now the shipping date is April 10th. So if you are interested please check to see if our new keys have arrived.

After 11 years in business and without and fee increases we are adjusting our membership fees due to increased operational expenses. Therefore, our monthly memberships will be increasing as follows.

Single $35/month
Family $45/month
Senior single $30/month
Senior family $40/month

Rates are effective immediately for new customers and will go into effect for existing customers at your annual renewal date.

We appreciate ALL of our members. Without all of you we would not have been able to be in business for as long as we have been.

It’s that time again!! It’s been a while since we’ve ordered shirts for the gym so now is that time. We have short sleeve and long sleeve t shirts as well as hoodies. Several colors to choose from. We have samples, order forms and color options at the gym.

Door system at the gym is working. There is a sign explaining the direction the bar code needs to face. Other than that it should work the same as it did
