To promote the study of the Chinese Martial Arts and for the development of physical, mental, and general well-being of students, Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi Academy offers a wide variety of training programs to allow members to become well-rounded martial artists. Basic training includes Kung Fu exercises, fist-forms, weapons forms, self-defense applications, free sparring, as well as the philosoph

ical aspects of Wah Lum Kung Fu. Students will be taught at the rate of their own abilities, and in this respect, a high standard of Kung Fu is achieved. Advanced training is also available for those who seek a higher level of knowledge and achievement. This may include advanced forms and weapons usage, advanced self-defense and application techniques.

Welcome the Year of the Horse with joy, color, and community spirit in Chinatown and along The Greenway! 🐎✨

From the annual Boston Chinese New Year Parade on March 1 (10:30 am–3 pm) to lion dances, dragon processions, and vibrant cultural performances, the neighborhood will be alive with celebration. Stop by the Pao Arts Center for family-friendly workshops and creative activities, and explore Chinatown Main Street (Boston)’s Flower Market (Feb 11–16) and Cultural Village during the parade for festive blooms, calligraphy, music, and more.
