Krav Maga Boston was founded in 1999 and was the first official Krav Maga Training Center in New England. Krav Maga is practical, instinctual, easy to learn, and endorsed by military and law enforcement agencies all over the world. In addition to our Krav Maga Classes (levels 1-4), we also offer conditioning classes, ground fighting, stress drills classes (where you try to perform techniques under

various levels of stress), and scenario classes that force members to deal with confrontations, crowds, defending loved ones, and any other situation that could potentially be dangerous. We also run frequent Women’s Only Seminars and Courses, teach Law Enforcement Only seminars on- and off-site, and continually host guest instructors ranging from firearms instructors, strength & conditioning coaches, MMA fighters, and other reality-based instructors in order to broaden our members' knowledge.

Bring in any used but still usable kids or adults martial art gear and have a cup of coffee with the team - feel free to drop off items whenever it would be convenient for you! This applies to both our self-defense and jiu jitsu programs for both kids and adults
