🏆 STATE FAIR OF TEXAS 2026 🏆

What a couple of days in Dallas for Tappan Cattle Co! We couldn’t be more proud of Reese Ann and Wyatt and the success they had in the show ring at this year’s State Fair of Texas!

❤️ REESE ANN TAPPAN & SCARLET
Reese and Scarlet had an incredible two days, bringing home BACK-TO-BACK CALF DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIPS!

🏆 October 6 – Open Show
🥇 1st in Class | Calf Division Champion

🏆 October 7 – Junior Show
🥇 1st in Class | Calf Division Champion

🔥 WYATT TAPPAN
Wyatt followed up a strong showing in the Open Show with a trip to the top of his class in the Junior Show!

🥉 October 6 – Open Show | 3rd in Class
🥇 October 7 – Junior Show | 1st in Class

The wins are exciting, but what makes us most proud is the work these two put in long before they ever step foot in the show ring.

There’s a lot of early mornings, late nights, sweat, and dedication that go into this lifestyle. It’s not always easy, and not every trip ends with a banner, but the lessons learned and memories made are worth every bit of it.

As parents and cattle breeders, there’s something pretty special about watching your kids develop the same passion for this industry that you have.

Proud of our cattle, but even more proud of the two kids holding the halters! ❤️

It’s more than cattle. It’s family, tradition, and a way of life.
