Dixie Shootout Series Race 4 — Huntsville, Alabama! 🔥

A VERY last-minute trip — just Mama + Wilder taking on BAMA with the best support from Bullet Motorsports QM! We came for one thing: EXPERIENCE. New track, tough competition, and a whole lot to learn.

🏁 JUNIOR HONDA
Heat: P4 ➡️ P2
A-Main: P3 ➡️ 🥉 P3

In a STACKED field, Wilder earned his way straight into the A-Main and battled all race long — even running P2 for a while — before bringing home a solid 3rd place finish and earning his spot on the PODIUM! 🙌🏻

🏁 JUNIOR ANIMAL
Heat: P2 ➡️ P3
A-Main: P3 ➡️ P4

A long, eventful race with plenty of restarts, a little contact and eventually a broken spindle — but somehow Wilder hung onto P4 and finished it out!

🏁 JUNIOR 160
Heat: P4 ➡️ P9
A-Main: P9 ➡️ P4 🔥

After some car struggles in the heat, Wilder started the feature from the back. With 11 laps to go, the car was fast and he WENT — charging from P8 to P4. HUGE progress in a very fast 10-car field!

We came to Huntsville for experience and left with a PODIUM + TWO P4s and a whole lot learned. That’s a WIN in our book. 🏁

🏁 NSQMRA POINTS RACE #9 🏁

Another race day in the books for Rocket Racing! The rain rolled in midway through the Mains, but we stuck it out and were able to finish the day! 🌧️

The boys battled hard all day, and we couldn’t be more proud of the progress they continue to make this season. Every race, every lap, every challenge — they’re learning, improving, and getting faster!

Points Race #7 brought home a podium finish for Hazen - 2nd place in Senior Animal! 🥈

This class is tough, and Hazen continues to show up and put in the work. He never stops pushing himself to get better, and we are so proud of the progress he continues to make every race.

As always, these results are a huge team effort! A massive thank you to PapPaw for working so hard to figure out this car. Also, Merrill Performance for all the help. We couldn’t do this without the people who work behind the scenes to help these boys succeed.

And a huge shoutout to tay ☻ for all the coaching, guidance and confidence she has given Hazen over the past few months. We are seeing the difference! 🏁

NEVER GIVE UP! 🏁

Points Race #7 was a clean sweep in the Junior classes for Wilder Knox! 🏆

It definitely wasn’t easy. Wilder went from a flip to first place in his Junior Honda, then had to battle his way through the Junior Animal main after starting 3rd. No matter what was thrown at him, he NEVER GAVE UP! 🔥

Huge thank you to Bullet Motorsports QM Motorsports for all the support with our Junior Honda and Junior 160. We wouldn’t be on this podium without them. Also, thanks to Merrill Performance for all the help with our Junior Animal car.

…AND a HUGE shoutout to tay ☻ She started coaching these boys just a few months ago, and we are already seeing the difference. Her lessons, guidance, and coaching are helping them grow as drivers every single race. 🧡
