Flooding and power outages can lead to sewage overflows. We need your help conserving water UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE by:

*** Please flush toilets only when necessary.
*** Limit time in the shower.
*** Don't run your dishwasher.
*** Wait a day or two to do laundry and then please limit to only essential.
*** Ensure that lawn sprinkler systems are turned off.

Using as little water as possible is essential in order to reduce the pressure on lift stations and the sewer treatment plant. Please Share!

Orange County Building Department Update:

For anyone needing to submit anything in paper format to the building department, please keep in mind when trying to process time sensitive documents related to your project that there is a 72 hour hold while documents and plans are quarantined. This is done as a precaution to help fight against COVID-19 and help keep everyone healthy so they can continue to assist the public.

While frustrating it is better to have things moving at a slow pace than no pace at all!

Tampa build expo was a great experience. We learned alot of really useful things, met some really amazing vendors, and created some excellent relationships ! We cant wait to do another !

With Irma hitting many people in Orange County will have permits pulled for roofs or possibly other repairs. It would be a good idea to check your property for expired permits, currently if you have existing expired permits on your property the County will not approve a new one. It's good to know even if you don't currently need a permit for work being done.
