Pederson cleaner shrimp can be found in almost every habitat, from sea water to fresh water and all over the reef. They are generally respected by other creatures, often sharing burrows and working as housekeepers. They will wave their antennae to attract customers, and then proceed to clean outside and inside the creature’s mouth or gills. (photo courtesy of Subsea Images)
