A new standard begins now.

TPG Sports is proud to officially announce Jonothan “Dobbs” Dobbins Sr. as General Manager of the Little Miami Phantoms for the 2027 A7FL season.

Dobbs brings more than 20 years of coaching experience, including a decade in semipro football, multiple league championships, two national championships and three Defensive Coordinator of the Year honors.

His experience is proven. His expectations are high. Now he will lead the Phantoms’ football operations, roster development and culture as we build toward 2027.

The Phantoms have their leader.

All current and interested players and staff from the American 7s Football League Little Miami Phantoms and Kentucky Blitz are welcome. Come watch the action, meet your possible future teammates, and connect with the people building something special for the 2027 season.

Work starts now.

TPG Sports workouts are officially underway, and every session is open to every player, regardless of which team you may ultimately compete for.

These are not tryouts. This is your opportunity to knock the rust off, get back into football shape, compete, and start getting reps in before official tryout information is announced next week.

TPG Sports is officially partnering with Legends Fight Series as LFS brings RISE OF LEGENDS to MegaCorp Pavilion in Newport, Kentucky on September 12.

And we’re not just putting our name on it.

TPG Sports will be IN THE BUILDING.

Selected athletes from the Kentucky Blitz and Little Miami Phantoms will be representing TPG Sports at one of the biggest combat sports events in the region, as we continue creating new opportunities, new exposure and new platforms for the athletes and teams under the TPG Sports banner.

Football meets fight night.

TPG Sports is officially accepting applications for General Manager positions with the Kentucky Blitz and Little Miami Phantoms.

We are looking for organized, levelheaded leaders who can help build strong football operations, manage staff and players, uphold organizational standards, and help guide each franchise into the 2027 A7FL season.

These are volunteer leadership positions with an opportunity to play a significant role in the continued growth of both organizations.

Interested candidates should contact Amanda Stevenson, Director of Football Operations, for additional information and next steps.

TPG Sports is proud to officially announce Amanda Stevenson as Director of Football Operations for the Kentucky Blitz and Little Miami Phantoms.

Amanda will help oversee football operations across both organizations, working with team leadership, staff, and the A7FL as we continue building a stronger, more professional structure for the 2027 season and beyond.

This is another important step in establishing the standards, accountability, and organization we expect throughout TPG Sports.

Incoming Vulnerability Post!

I don’t say this enough, and I definitely don’t give her enough credit publicly, but none of this would be possible without my wife.

People see all the things I have going on with real estate, TPG Sports, uniforms, youth coaching, the Phantoms, the Blitz, and whatever other random idea I decide to take on. What they don’t see is how much Candace does behind the scenes to help me keep all of it moving.

She helps take in orders, keeps things organized, catches things I miss, listens to me change my mind 15 times, and talks me through the hard decisions when I don’t know what to do. She also puts up with me talking about (and focusing on) all of this pretty much nonstop.

The truth is, I could not handle everything I have going on without her. Not even close.

I know I don’t tell you enough, but I appreciate everything you do for me, for our family, and for TPG Sports. You deserve a lot more credit than you get, especially from me.

Thank you for always being there and somehow keeping up with all of it. I love you!
