Give yourself 90 days!

1. Consistent sleep and wake times.
2. No screens within 1 hour of waking and going to bed.
3. 10-15 minutes of morning sunlight within the first hour of waking.
4. No caffeine within 10 hours of going to bed.
5. A minimum of 40 minutes of movement (3 weight training sessions a week, 3 cardio sessions and 1 rehab/mobility session)
6. 1 weekly heat/cold exposure session
7. A diet of only whole foods.
8. Adopt a daily spiritual/mindfulness habit
9. Eat a communal meal once a week.
