We've taken the last few weekends off but tomorrow, Paige will be back with a killer strength-training class starting at a new time. 9:00am. It's gonna be sunny and warm so we'll be utilizing outdoors as well. Hardest part about the gym is getting there! No excuses.

Hey y'all. Unfortunately we had to postpone our very first strength-training class due to the snow this last Saturday. However, it is scheduled for THIS COMING Saturday, the 14th at 10am! Members can attend free and non-members it's only $5. So come join for as low as $15/month and have the class included! Like I said, this is the first one so we really want it to be a success and it's the second week of the new year so let's make it happen!
