Months of training come down to a few moments on the platform, but the medals are never the whole story.

The real win is every early morning, every missed lift turned lesson, every setback overcome, and every teammate there to celebrate the journey.

It was an honor for TriState Training to sponsor lunch and spend the day with the incredible team at Boys & Girls Club Northwest New Jersey.

We had the opportunity to get out on the golf course, connect with so many great people, and continue supporting an organization that makes a lasting impact on young people throughout our community.

Whether you’re learning the lifts for the first time or looking to sharpen your technique, our 6-week Adult Lifting Program is built to help you move better, get stronger, and build confidence under the bar.

✅ All experience levels welcome
