This is my AMAZING bootcamp from tonight. Five something this morning was a long time ago. The week is nearing the end and I start to get tired and ready for the weekend. Pre workout tonight I was tired, a little exhausted and had a slight headache. I could have easily stayed home. NOPE! I know what my workout does for me! I walk into a room full of fun people, awesome music, and an amazing workout 🏋️♀️. Post workout : I am PUMPED UP, ENERGIZED, and NO HEADACHE! What an amazing therapy plus I torched 504 calories! Thank you for such motivation!
