The men of the F3-Iron Meadow held the regular Saturday BD including lots of cardio, competition and teamwork this morning! We wore ruck sacks, completed sprints/ pushups for relay races and wrapped up with a friendly/ competitive tug of war challenge!

Thanks to Charlie Brown and his M for a great post BD coffeteria including English breakfast sandwiches and coffee!

It's not PAIN, DANGER, or SUFFERING. It's the STRETCH - the tension between who you are now and who you are becoming!

Challenge all PAX in 2026 to:
- Try something you are not good at yet!
- Face those truths about yourself
- Take risks that matter
- Let go of what's familiar
