🐉 BIG confidence starts with little kicks! 🥋

Our Lil Dragons class is designed especially for ages 4–6 and is a true beginner-friendly introduction to Taekwondo.

No experience required. No special skills required. Your child does not need to already know how to kick, punch, balance, roll, or keep up before they walk through our doors. That’s what class is for! We firmly believe everyone learns differently and at their own pace!

At this age, children are still learning how to move their bodies, follow directions, take turns, manage big emotions, and build confidence. We meet them where they are and help them grow from there.

Through age-appropriate games, drills, and martial arts training, our Lil Dragons work on:

⭐ Confidence
⭐ Focus & listening skills
⭐ Coordination & balance
⭐ Respect & self-control
⭐ Following directions
⭐ Perseverance

We don’t expect preschoolers to arrive already knowing how to do the things we’re here to teach them.

➡️White and Yellow belts testing, Tuesday the 1st at 5:30pm

➡️Green and above testing, Wednesday the 2nd at 5:30pm

➡️No classes on Thursday the 3rd or Monday the 7th, have a great Labor Day Weekend!

We are so thankful to be back home safe and sound!

We can’t thank everyone enough for the love, support, encouragement, and donations that made this incredible trip possible. A special thank you to our hometown sponsors, Amfuel, S&S Home Center, Chambliss & Davis, Price Tire, and Prince Pharmacy, for believing in our team and helping make this opportunity a reality.

We’d also like to thank all of our family and friends who signed our banner with notes of encouragement and well wishes. Seeing your messages again before the competition was a wonderful reminder of the community cheering us on from home.

Now it’s time to get back to work! 💪 We’re excited to be back on the mats THIS MONDAY! We can’t wait to see everyone in class!

Competition is over. We are so proud of all of our students and their hard work! 💪 MTA is bringing home 6 medals and 2 silver plates!❤️🤍💙

Today is THE DAY! Team USA will be hitting the mats in Lethbridge Alberta. Over a year of training for this day. Our students have worked so hard and have dedicated so much time and effort. Thank you to the parents and friends of these students for the support to make this happen for them. We couldn’t have done it without our support team here with us as well as our support team back home!

Do your best to everyone tomorrow and good luck, especially to our WTA members and Magnolia Taekwondo Academy. GO USA🇺🇸
