Happy Bday to Sr. Riley Bishop! Riley is a versatile player both offensively and defensively for us. She has the length to play inside and the skill to play outside on both ends of the court. Riley is an awesome teammate both in terms of her unselfishness and the energy she provides on a daily basis. We can’t wait to get back in the gym this year with Riley! Have an awesome day Ri!

Wishing a VERY HAPPY Birthday to Sr. Lily Wood. Lily is the anchor to our defense and allows everyone else to be aggressive and funnel things to her. She’s elite at disrupting shots on the inside and is a dominating presence! She is one person that you could say has improved her game every single year she has played since middle school. A HUGE SHOUT OUT AND CONGRATULATIONS!

Two of our Lady Cards qualified to compete in the state track meet this week to close the season.

Junior Sydney Hauenstein and Freshman Taliana Tozzi both represented Sandy Valley well in their respective events.

We are so proud of you girls! Thank you for working so hard and shining for our district!

Happy Birthday to Sophomore Ella Clendenin. Ella has only been playing basketball for a few of years now but has made a big time commitment to her work and improving. She is a scrappy guard that is very disruptive defensively. Offensively, she has a good shot that continues to get better and better. She has grown tremendously in the last 6 months and we can’t wait to see what she can do heading into her sophomore year. Have an awesome day Ella!
