CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Yoga: This ancient exercise practice combines strength, flexibility, and breath control in order to become both physically and mentally strong. Bones & Balance: This CHAIR class is a weight-bearing, resistance exercise class designed for people of all ages and fitness levels to strengthen the bones & muscles. Spinning: This Non-Impact class is performed on Spin Bikes giving you an energizing, endorphin-rich workout, allowing you to burn an extreme amount of fat and calories that will change your body guaranteed! Pilates/Yogalates: The Pilates Method of body conditioning focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and posture for the total body while toning muscles without adding bulk. Total Body Sculpt: This class uses a mix of hand weights and body-weight exercises to tone every muscle of
the body. A great way to tone and tighten up , build bone density, and increase your metabolism!!

$35 3-7 day pass all access w 24 hr access and classes

🩵 Girls Only HIIT (16+)
High-energy workouts designed to help you get stronger, build confidence, and have fun doing it.
📅 Mon/Wed 5:30 PM OR Tue/Thu 6:45 PM
💲 $100 for 4 weeks

🩵 Girls Athlete Training (Ages 11–14)
Strength, speed, agility, and confidence training to help young athletes perform better on and off the field/court.
📅 Tue/Thu 4:00–5:00 PM
💲 $250 for 4 weeks

🩵 Strength & Balance
Improve strength, stability, coordination, and overall fitness in a welcoming environment for all ages and fitness levels.
📅 Mon/Thu 1:00 PM
💲 $50 per month

No gym membership required. You only pay for the training program you’re attending.

Girls Only HIIT and Girls Athlete Training run in 4-week cycles. Strength & Balance runs month-to-month.
