All skill levels are welcome. I guarantee results in a short time. In the video you may see students working on simple layups but I see students gaining confidence in themselves with every rep. I see students who now believe they can do something that they didn't know how to do before. This is the same attitude that kids can use in life. Understanding that with effort and focus they will always improve in whatever they do.
