To my studio family… First of all, I hope all of you and your families are safe and did not experience extensive damage to your homes and businesses.🙏 I also want to thank everyone for reaching out to check on the studio. The building took on 2 feet of water and is without power. I am currently in the process of cleaning up and assessing the situation. The hope is that the studio will be functional once power is restored and electrical repairs are completed, if needed. Please keep checking here for updates. I can’t wait to be back together with all of you, hopefully soon 🙏❤️💪🏻

I can’t believe it has been one year since I was forced (asked politely 🤣) to close down my studio for quarantine. I had just finished teaching a class when a police officer came in to enforce the closure. I took a picture of him because I was in complete disbelief. I am so grateful to be thriving after all of the uncertainties of the last year. I couldn’t have done it without all of you 🖤🤍
