🏋️‍♀️ What are these little things?

These are 1.25 lb micro plates.

They may not look like much, but they’re one of the best tools for making steady strength gains. Instead of jumping up 5 or 10 pounds at a time, you can add these smaller plates to increase the weight by just 2.5 pounds total (1.25 lb on each side).

✅ Perfect for breaking through plateaus
✅ Great for beginners and experienced lifters
✅ Helps improve strength with smaller, more manageable increases

Remember: Progress doesn’t have to come in big jumps. Sometimes the smallest plates make the biggest difference. 💪
